Shipping

We use various shipping agents to send your plants, these include but are not limited to:
Aus Post, Toll, TNT, Sendle. We will use whatever you choose or is the best fit depending on you purchase. Potting mix can only be sent via Sendle due to weight!

If logistically possibly we may hand deliver over posting.

Plants will only be posted on a Monday.

We currently can NOT ship outside of WA due to Quarantine laws

We always opt for Authority To Leave as this means it won't be taken back to the depo however if you choose we can choose signature on delivery if preferred.

Shipping weight is based on total package size not the actual plant weight.

If you provide a incorrect shipping address please let us know ASAP and we will see what we can do but we cannot be held liable if your provide the wrong address.

Handling

We promise that all the plants we send will be in best possible health and we take the utmost care to wrap and pack the plant. We have no control of how the plant in handled once the courier has it and as such can not be liable for mistreatment in transit.

We always try to recycle materials so plants may be shipped in reused packaging or filling.
