Refund policy

We always strive to send you the best quality plant however some plants that are stock plants may vary slightly in shape, size or appearance.

Plants can take a quite a few months to acclimatise to new environments, in this time they may brown or wilt but will bounce back if the conditions suit the plant.

All plants have different growing conditions, please replicate the growing conditions specific to each plant as we will not refund a plant due to poor growing conditions. If your not sure on what a plant need just message us !

Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your plant if you have any issues and we can work out the best solution to rectify the situation.
